After-sales service scope

The scope of our after-sales service includes a full range of services led by equipment installation guidance, commissioning guidance, trial operation, maintenance, customer training, etc., aiming to provide customers with a perfect product protection.

Service commitment

If quality problems occur in the installation or operation of the product, we guarantee to give a reply within 1 hour after receiving the user's information, and if we need to send staff to solve the problem, we guarantee that the staff will arrive within 12~24 hours and that the service personnel will not withdraw until the quality problem is solved.

Lifetime warranty for our products. During the warranty period (according to the requirements of the bidding documents or 12 months after the delivery of the product), we are responsible for replacing the damage caused by the quality of our equipment free of charge. After the warranty period expires, we will assist the customer in repairing and maintaining the equipment provided, and provide components and services at the most favorable price.

Customer Training

In order to let customers better understand and use our products and maximize their effectiveness, our company will provide customers with targeted and professional product training and on-site operation according to the characteristics of the equipment supplied.
