Today, we will explain the maintenance process of explosion-proof pressure switches to you. This is also similar to the maintenance of pressure switches, but it is slightly different. Maintenance of explosion-proof pressure switch
1. Open the terminal cover of the wiring chamber and check if the screws on the wiring column are complete, if the bolts are deformed, and if there are cracks on the base of the wiring column.
2.Turn the two isolation handles to the zero position and open the main chamber.
3. Check whether the components are intact and complete, whether the transformer, contactor or relay coil, voltage (current) transformer are burned out, whether there are cracks in the isolation switch shell, whether there are traces of arcing on the contacts, and whether the wires are complete.
4. Power on and further perform electrical function maintenance on the switch.
5.During power on maintenance, each component operates sensitively, and the test action is sensitive and reliable, in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
6. Check the synchronization of the vacuum contactor.
7 Check whether the coil temperature of transformer and various contactors or relays is normal.
8 Check whether the switch display is normal.
9. Check whether the grounding screw of the switch meets the switch maintenance standards.
10.Measure the load side voltage with a multimeter.
11.Connect the 11 switch to the motor and conduct a load test, with a test time of no less than 2 hours.
12. Complete the iron plugs, iron rings, and rubber rings for the switch wiring bell mouth.
13.If the explosion-proof surface does not meet the explosion-proof requirements, it must be polished with sandpaper and then phosphatized.
14. Remove the coal slag from the switch housing, clean the housing with a rag, and apply paint to the housing.
After the maintenance is completed, it will be stored in the warehouse.
