Principle of explosion-proof pressure switch
The working principle of explosion-proof pressure switch is purely mechanical deformation causing microswitch action. When the pressure increases, deformation occurs on different sensing pressure components (diaphragm, bellows, piston), which move upwards. Through mechanical structures such as railing springs, the top microswitch is activated to output electrical signals. The setting method can be divided into continuous displacement type and force balance type based on functional principles. Explosion proof pressure switches can be divided into mechanical explosion proof pressure switches and electronic explosion proof pressure switches according to their principles. Mechanical types are also divided into ordinary and sealed types.
Explosion proof pressure switch rating
The explosion-proof label of the domestically produced explosion-proof pressure switch is Ex, which can be used for llA, llB, and combustible dust environments in areas 20, 21, and 22 of gases, liquids, or vapors that have no corrosive effect on pressure sensing components; It is applicable to hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environment; Suitable for environments with temperature groups T1 to T6. Automatic pressure control is achieved in hazardous gas mixtures of Class llC T1 to T6. At present, the domestic explosion-proof pressure switch level is ExedllCT6.
