The switch box is made of cold- rolled SUS304L stainless steel, and all of them are welded except the casing, which improves the corrosion resistance requirements of the shell, reduces the annual air leakage rate, and extends the maintenance period (20 years);
High purity (99.9%) SF6 gas with excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance is used inside the switch, which has extremely short arc extinguishing time and good insulation recovery characteristics;
In addition, when the load current is disconnected, the arc extinction time is very short, and the contact consumption of the disconnected part is small, so the warranty and replacement of the disconnected part are not required;
The switch adopts a spring operating mechanism and is enclosed in the shell, The structure is very simple and does not oxidize, rust, salt spray resistance and maintenance free;
High pressure explosion-proof device is installed on the opposite sizde of the operating mechanism, which will not cause safety accidents due to the sudden rise of gas pressure in the tank even if internal failure occurs;
The switch is equipped with low air pressure locking alarm device to prevent the failure of breaking current under low air pressure and improve the reliability of switch operation;
A manual locking device is installed to effectively prevent misoperation in Case of power failure;
The switch bushing can adopt the incoming and outgoing lines of different structures, which is convenient to meet the requirements of different users.
